1. Does it bounce?

A: It does not bounce when used properly. For best results, position it belt below your waistband. The heavier the items (i.e. iPod & cellphone), the most snug you'll want to adjust it. Place flat and larger items in first, so closer to your body. Be realistic when filling your SPIbelt. Although it stretches, don't be tempted to max it out. It's meant to replace your wallet, not hold your wallet. A standard load consists of an iPod, cell phone, money, i.d., car key.

2. But will it hold my phone?

A: Yes. We have not met a phone that did not fit in the SPIbelt, that includes ALL large PDA type phones. Not only will it fit, but you'll have room for your nano and car key.

3. Will it hold my asthma inhaler, Epipen, Insulin pump, and other special medical needs?

A: Yes, it will. The SPIbelt is a much more stylish way to carry your supplies.

4. Is it a race number belt, too?

A: It sure is. You may add race hooks to your purchase for only 50 cents, found here in the shopping cart.

5. Is it waterproof?

A: The regular SPIbelt is not waterproof. We will have the water resistant SPIbelt available shortly, stay tuned.

6. Is it washable?

A: It certainly is. Machine wash in cold, hang to dry.

7. I'm a 32" waist, what size should I pick?

A: A. If you plan to carry a heavier load, i.e. iPod and cell, we suggest the S/M. If you plan to keep it light, and also tend to layer clothes, you'll be fine with the M/L. All SPIbelts will be ONE SIZE this fall 2008.

8. Where are they made?

A: All of our products are made in Austin, TX!

9. Refund, Warranty and Community

A: We wholeheartedly stand by the fact that our products are made to help make your life easier. If we have failed to do that, we vow to extend that help to an individual (or individuals) who, due to unfortunate circumstances, can surely use a helping hand.
